Hey Tidbitters! 

Hope you are enjoying a fun striding summer so far!

How many of you have desires, but you can't have them because ... (here is where you fill in the blank with all those reasons you can't have them).

Usually there are issues that you see that block you from achieving your desire.  Those issues come forth big and strong and can strike a chord of confusion.  And then you're not even sure you still want your desire.

A good test to see if your desire is true in your heart is to strip away the issues mentally.  If all those issues that stand in the way, were not there ... would you still desire it?  Name each of those issues in your mind, and strip each of them away.  Would you reach for your desire?  If the answer is yes ... hmm ... perhaps a true heart's desire?

To really test it ... do you feel an emptiness without your desire?  Or is it just a whim it would be nice to have ...

An emptiness can reflect a true heart's desire as well.

Perhaps you've been contemplating:

A career change ...
Moving to a place you always wanted to live ...
Traveling to many places to view the world ...
Writing a book ...
Beginning an exercise program ...
Losing weight ...
Buying your dream home ...
Buying your dream car ...
Connecting with a partner of your dreams ...
Starting a project you've always wanted to do ...

Is your desire not here?  Fill it in.  Then look at the obstacles that seem to be in the way.  I can't because ... I don't have enough money, time, skill, education?  I can't because my family and friends will think I have flipped my lid.  I can't because I don't have the proper resources.  I can't because I may hurt another in pursing my dreams, if I travel the world, I'll have to leave loved ones behind, for example.

Then strip away those issues, and see if that heart still wants what it wants.  If if does ... what will you do?  Manifest your dreams or let them slip you by?
